I have a LXQ1 in my 03zx2 would it be worth $150 for a CWQ3 s/r ecu to put in?

Depends on your plans for the car.
What do you want from your ZX2? Quick, easy bolt on's and keep it at that? S/R PCM might be for you. Doing much more than that takes you into tuning territory where the S/R PCM will essentially be worthless as you'll just be tuning the PCM anyhow.
If you think you'll ever want to get it properly tuned, I'd say don't bother.

Right now I'm stuck with bolt on' s cause of money, but i have 2 zx2's,so I'd like to try and do a turbo build in a year or 2 on one of them. Thanks for the advice.

In the short term it'll definitely be an increase.
I did the same thing, got an NGP0 and years later went turbo. It's just a few bucks spent that could have gone elsewhere in the long run or that can be recouped if you just don't tune the S/R PCM, tune whatever PCM you have and resale the S/R PCM.
