Using 100% new parts, I successfully completed a rear disc brake swap on my ZX2 about a year ago.
Rear Discs/Pads
EBC-GD639 Slotted and Dimpled rotors $77.91
PWR-Z23-636 $45.99
Rear Calipers
Motorcraft 45553 / 45554 Reman (found out the hard way these were so cheap because they don't come with the mounting brackets) $100.99
Rear Caliper Mounting Brackets
Cardone 14-1087 Reman x 2 $57.98
Rear Caliper mounting bolts and bracket
KAInjection disc conversion brackets $90.00 (With $10 off coupon)
Rear Disc Parking Brake lines
AGB-BC95726 $23.99
AGB-BC95730 $23.99
Stainless Braided Lines w/ Rear Discs
Techna-Fit FOR-1910 $117.41
Hyundai Sonata Rear Disc Proportioning Valves (Have not tested these yet, shout out to ford74 for discovering these would work)
58775-36900 x2 $55.60
Caliper Slide Pins
Wearever Disc Brake Caliper Guide Pin Kit Part # 14100 x2 $27.98
Mazda 323 Parking Brake Cable Brackets (These did not seem to fully work as explained below)
BW0H26861 $15.36
BW0H26851 $15.36
2 of these bolts from Mazda
BW0H26680 $6.30
Have not swapped the prop valves in yet, might do this while I am dropping my transmission and installing coilovers.
Lastly I did notice that my brake clips did not really seem to work with the parking brake mounting bracket, but so far I have not had any issues, and I frequently used my hand brake to get the car to rotate during the winter on snowy days as all the car wanted to do was understeer.
I did forget to get splash shields for the backs of the rotors, I also should have painted the calipers before installation. I had incorrectly assumed they were coated, ended up getting rusty pretty quick.
Note that in my photos I had the right rotor on the left side, I did get these switched to their correct placement before I finished.
I also have a matching set of EBC rotors and powerstop Z23 pads in the front. I may end up going with another pad, but these have worked just fine for me, and can definitely lock up the tires.
