What's your recent favorite budget mod that is not engine related.
Id have to say im super impressed by switching most my car over to energy suspension. Poly makes such a big difference over rubber and it feels like night and day for around $100.00

I agree with the buschings but would have to say my 21mm rear sway bar. Got it for $5 or $10 dollars from the u pull.

for me, lightweight flywheel. it feels so much better. not exactly a cheap mod, but bang for buck i think this is it

yeah the fiddy and a good clutch and it feels like a different car.
if i had more money to burn id throw one in my daily

I got mine off ebay with a stage 1 exidy clutch kit for $400 free shipping about a year ago.

best bang budget mod i have been doing for this car has been making the factory shifter into a short throw shifter the same length as the B&M shifter. I like this because it is free to do, only takes some welding time and when done it still uses the factory bushings and shift knobs. I make a shift boot for the console and it looks good when all installed

Thanks for sharing and feel free to post a pic. here is one i did for the green 98 i am putting back together. I only changed the bottom part so it can be the same length as the B&M shifter but left the top part factory length so it can still use the factory boot and knob. Stealth mod
