power steering belt routing can be found in the knowledge base here ( mega.nz/#F!ff4HjSYL!2VpS8agwGe0b5Rjtu8FDyQ) and a direct link can be found here ( mega.nz/#F!fWgAzYDS!-bBL1jVymzwj9Q0kZmXBSA), as well as krux's post here ( evilzx2s.com/thread/135/ac-bypass) now to depower the rack there was a zx2 writeup on teamzx2 years ago, but this is the "original" guide that those were based off of here ( www.flyinmiata.com/tech/depower.php) our racks are slightly different, but if you can wrap your head around that article you can figure it out. i finally did this last year after 10+ years of running on a rack with just cut lines. also, gonna move this to noobs instead of suggestions. id rather keep suggestions more oriented towards site improvement and things like that

Another option is to find a 92-95 escort manual rack and pinion,as long as you get the mounting brackets or atleast the driver side bracket then you can use the zx2 driverside bracket on the opposite side, its direct bolt in.Thats what i did got mine from a local salvage yard for $65 dollars.
