How do you deal with stress?
As I am leaned on with more resposibilties at my job or in general, I keep finding I need to have a "safe" space to block out things. My safe place normally is working out. Otherwise I may take some steam off playing a half hour or so on the Xbox. Of course wrenching can be fun but if something doesnt go your way, that can add to fusturation.
What helps you?

my immediate response wants to be "DRINK HEAVILY" but honestly for all of the alcohol we have in this house i dont drink very much lol i enjoy to wrench on the turbo car more than anything else, not so much doing maintenance on any of the others but it still beats being at work! i guess driving it (turbo car) is more satisfying "in the moment" but i think im more satisfied after a job well done....then ill drive it sometimes just heading out to the shop putting tools away, cleaning up and thinking about what i want to do out there is all i need lately work has been crazy, some days it seems just leaving there makes me feel better than anything else lmao

Either run my toy trains or go for long walk or drive the ZX2.
